How Conscious are you about your health?

If your answer for this question is yes then what according to you is the definition being healthy and fit? The precise definition of health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Strenuous life style, working beyond nominal hours, mental stress, junk food, bad habits like smoking and liquor consumption, lack of meditation can lead your health to bad consequences. Sooner or later we have to think about our health seriously. It is told an average human is capable to live 100-125 years. But the average survival rate these days ranges from 60-70 years due to improper health conditions. So what is required of you to ensure your well being for all the days you live even if not for 125 years are the following tips.

  • Exercise regularly- walking, jogging, swimming , climbing stairs can be effective
  • Eat healthy food- green leaves, fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken , egg white,cereals etc
  • Consume food not until you feel stomach full but only until you take in necessary calories. Avg requirement of male on a day- 2500 calories, for female- 2000 calorie
  • meditate for at least half an hour a day.
  • Never work when ill.
  • Sleep only for 6 hours .
  • Consume good amount of water every day
  • Of all remember health is true wealth
